Spravato is billed as a medical benefit, and patient responsibility varies widely depending on your insurance plan. Because out-of-pocket estimates fluctuate based on deductible and coinsurance status, we do not quote a

self-pay rate; the medication cost itself is prohibitive.

Once you complete a benefits check, we will provide a detailed cost estimate for your specific plan.

What Affects Your Out‑of‑Pocket Cost

  • Is standard TMS usually covered?

    Often yes, when eligibility criteria are met:

    (1) prior medication/therapy trials;

    (2) success rate of prior treatment attempts. We handle benefits checks and prior authorization.

  • Is accelerated TMS covered?

    Generally no - accelerated schedules are usually self‑pay.

  • Can I finance treatment?

    We are currently exploring partnerships with reputable medical financing providers to offer optional monthly payment plans for eligible self-pay services.

    Once finalized, we will update this page with full details and a direct application link.

    Patients can still pay by credit card, HSA/FSA, or standard payment methods in the meantime.

  • What is your cancellation and no-show policy

    We understand that schedules can change. However, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show appointments, will incur a $100 fee.

    This helps us reserve appointment times for patients who need care and ensures our clinicians’ time is used effectively.

  • What if I’m unsure which path is best?

    Start with a free 20‑minute call. We’ll review your history/coverage and recommend a plan (TMS, aTMS, Spravato, meds, therapy, or a combination).
