Initial appointments, medication visits, therapy services, Spravato (esketamine), and conventional TMS with Cigna / Anthem / BCBS (eligibility required).
Self‑Pay Care (Published Rates Below):
Self‑pay care (published rates below): Medication, therapy, conventional TMS (standard), and accelerated TMS (5‑day / 1‑day).
Financing Options (To Be Finalized)
We are currently exploring partnerships with reputable medical financing providers to offer optional monthly payment plans for eligible self-pay services.
Once finalized, we will update this page with full details and a direct application link.
Patients can still pay by credit card, HSA/FSA, or standard payment methods in the meantime.
- Conventional TMS (standard schedule): Covered by many plans when criteria are met. We’ll confirm eligibility, handle prior authorization, and give you a clear estimate
- By Spravato (esketamine): Often covered in‑clinic when eligible; patient responsibility varies by plan based on co-pay and deductible.
- Medication Management & Psychotherapy: Commonly covered; your copay/coinsurance applies.
Insurance‑Based Care (Typical)
We’ll run a benefits check and explain your exact costs before you decide.

Initial visit - 60 minutes (99205): $250
Follow‑up medication visit (99214): $130

50‑minute therapy visit (90834): $150

Mapping + first treatment: $370
Each treatment session: $200
Remapping (if required): $350
Typical course estimate (example):
1 mapping + 36 sessions → $370 + (36 × $200) = $7,570
With 1 remap → $7,920; with 2 remaps → $8,270.
Your plan may recommend a short taper or additional sessions; we’ll confirm your personalized protocol and provide a written estimate.

5‑Day protocol: $5,000
1‑Day protocol: $2,500
Same technology as standard TMS, delivered on a compressed schedule. Typically self‑pay.

Spravato is billed as a medical benefit, and patient responsibility varies widely depending on your insurance plan. Because out-of-pocket estimates fluctuate based on deductible and coinsurance status, we do not quote a
self-pay rate; the medication cost itself is prohibitive.
Once you complete a benefits check, we will provide a detailed cost estimate for your specific plan.
Is standard TMS usually covered?
Often yes, when eligibility criteria are met:
(1) prior medication/therapy trials;
(2) success rate of prior treatment attempts. We handle benefits checks and prior authorization.
Is accelerated TMS covered?
Generally no - accelerated schedules are usually self‑pay.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy
We understand that schedules can change. However, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show appointments, will incur a $100 fee.
This helps us reserve appointment times for patients who need care and ensures our clinicians’ time is used effectively.
