  • Do you take my patient’s insurance?

    We work with many plans for conventional TMS, Spravato, medication visits, and therapy. We’ll verify benefits and explain out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins.

  • How quickly can patients start?

    We aim to outreach within 1 business day. Start dates depend on eligibility, benefits, and scheduling; accelerated TMS can often be arranged quickly because it’s self-pay.

  • Will you co-manage?

    Yes. We coordinate with you on meds, monitoring, and follow-up, and we share summaries with the patient’s permission.

  • What if I’m not sure which service fits?

    Select “Unsure - Please Evaluate”. We’ll assess and recommend a plan with pros/cons and timelines.

  • Cancellation policy?

    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show, incur a $100 fee.
