Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the www.redbud.health website (the “Website”) operated by Redbud Behavioral Health (“Redbud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms contain important information regarding limitations of liability. Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Website.

Our offers and pricing

We offer information about and access to psychiatric services (e.g., evaluations, psychotherapy, medication management, TMS, accelerated TMS, and Spravato®) through this Website.

  • Insurance & self-pay: Pricing is determined by your insurance coverage or by self-pay. Current self-pay rates are provided in practice materials/forms and may change.
  • Spravato: Because medication costs vary widely by plan and pharmacy benefit, we do not quote a self-pay price for Spravato on the Website; out-of-pocket amounts are confirmed individually.
  • Estimates: Upon request, we can provide written estimates for eligible services before you start care.
  • Payment options: We may offer simple payment arrangements; third-party financing may be available for eligible services. Availability and terms can change.

Cancellation & no-show policy

We understand that schedules can change. However, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show appointments, will incur a $100 fee. This helps us reserve appointment times for patients who need care and ensures our clinicians’ time is used effectively.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on services already rendered. For prepayments on future services, refunds follow the cancellation policy above (less any applicable fees) and any payer rules, if insurance is involved. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment or service for any reason (e.g., safety, eligibility, availability) and will issue a refund of any prepayment we received for a cancelled service.

No warranty on purchases

Any services referenced or scheduled through this Website are provided “as is.” No warranty, express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose), applies to services shown or scheduled via this Website, unless required by law.

Remedies

Your sole remedies related to a purchase are: (i) to cancel in accordance with the Cancellation & no-show policy above, and/or (ii) to pursue dispute resolution as set forth under Governing law, severability, dispute resolution, and venue below.

If the Website allows you to create an account, you represent that you are 18+ and that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
